2. Services:
2.1. The Company will provide recruitment services to Candidates and Clients, assisting in the placement of suitable candidates for IT projects.
2.2. Bench Sales services involve marketing and placing consultants on the bench to potential clients, aiming for successful project assignments.
2.3. The Company does not guarantee employment for Candidates, and Clients acknowledge that bench sales success is subject to market conditions.
3. Candidate Services:
3.1. Candidates acknowledge that the Company acts as an intermediary and will not charge any fees directly to them.
3.2. Candidates agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding their qualifications, experience, and other relevant details.
3.3. Candidates understand that the hiring decision is at the sole discretion of the Clients, and the Company is not responsible for the outcome of any job application.
4. Client Services:
4.1. Clients agree to provide accurate and detailed information about their staffing requirements for both direct placements and bench sales.
4.2. Clients acknowledge that the Company will present qualified Candidates based on the information provided but does not guarantee the suitability of any candidate.
4.3. Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for successful placements and bench sales within the stipulated time frame.
5. Bench Sales:
5.1. Bench sales services involve marketing and promoting the skills and availability of consultants on the bench to potential clients.
5.2. Clients agree to inform the Company promptly when a bench consultant is selected for a project, and fees for bench placements are due upon the commencement of the project.
6. Fees:
6.1. The Company’s fees are outlined in separate agreements for direct placements and bench sales and are applicable upon successful placements or bench assignments.
6.2. Fees are due within [number] days of the candidate’s commencement of employment or bench assignment.
7. Confidentiality:
7.1. Both Clients and Candidates agree to keep all information received from the other party confidential and not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent.
